Thank you for shopping with Shungite Australia. We take great care in packaging and shipping your items to ensure they arrive safely and promptly.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
Shipping costs are a flat rate, mailed in a padded envelope with bubble wrap as needed.

We currently ship to:

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Australia (Standard): 3–7 business days
Australia (Express): 1–3 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.
Please contact info@shungite.com.au before returning your item to receive instructions.

Note: Due to the energetic and natural nature of crystals and stones, we may not accept returns for change of mind or used products.

Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected.
