Large Shungite (Polished) and Soapstone Harmoniser Cylinders

In these harmoniser pairs, shungite is the feminine and steatite (aka soapstone) is the masculine. Together they work to balance the masculine and feminine energies in the body and to ground. They are best to be used in meditation sitting on the earth, or lying down in bed. Put the Shungite cylinder in your left hand and the steatite cylinder in your right hand. Breath deeply and slowly, allowing time and space for the cylinders to harmonise and balance your energy.
